There are a lot of negative posts about Google. Sure not everything works and you do have to ‘pay’ for free services with your data. But without Google I’d be stuck.
It all started once I got my gmail account. I remember having to be invited on to the program and cajoling my friends to give me one of their precious links. Gmail, though it has it’s ups and downs is still the best, in my opinion, email application available. Not only does it work for punters but it can run business email too.
In fact you can run pretty much your whole company via Google.
Google docs for storage, sharing, collaboration, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, data capture.
Google Analytics and webmaster tools for keeping track of your website.
Google+ for social media. Though this thought of as a wasteland at the moment the naysayers are missing out. Google loves people using its own products, so posting on G+ has massive SEO benefits.
YouTube is often overlooked as a Google propery, but it’s the second largest search engine after Google itself.
